As a fashion photographer from Seoul, I seek experiences that seamlessly blend luxury and design. Our family vacation at Patong Heritage offered a surprisingly serene oasis amid Phuket's vibrant chaos. The hotel is conveniently located, just a 10-minute walk to the beach and a 5-minute stroll to Jungceylon Mall, making it easy to enjoy both relaxation and shopping. We took full advantage of the lovely pool area, which became a regular hangout spot. The staff, particularly Shareef at reception, were welcoming and eager to assist with late check-out arrangements. While the rooms could use a fresh touch, they were spacious for our family of four and cleaned daily. Each morning, we indulged in the fabulous breakfast, where the iced coffee was an unexpected delight. Afterward, we often found ourselves at KUDO Beach Club, soaking up the sun with tropical cocktails in hand-perfect for unwinding as a family. While our initial room mix-up was a hiccup, the overall experience balanced comfort and family-friendly amenities well. If you're looking for a place that accommodates families without the hype, I'd consider giving Patong Heritage a shot.
